Exploring the effects of different BCI-based attention training games on the brain: A functional near-infrared spectroscopy study
This experiment employed video games and physical games as representatives of BCI attention training game interaction methods. Generalizing the conclusions to other BCI games requires further investigation. Participants were from the general population, limiting guidance for specific groups like those with ADHD. The study only assessed a single BCI-focused game session, lacking insight into long- term effects. Future research will delve into specific population groups and evaluate the prolonged impact of diverse game interaction modes on the brain.
